Me and Wacom aren't currently getting along as well as pencil, paper, and myself. My pencil drawing of this came out much better.
Forgive me for the attroctious color job. It was my first time! I SERIOUSLY need to hit up some wacom and coloring tutorials!!!! XD
Anywho, I failed to submit an entry to the last contest, and wanted to do something for this one.
Essentially I took my unfinished idea from the first contest and made it fit the rules of the 2nd contest. Pretty darn scarry looking witch eh? I dunno, something about those eyes. *SHIVER*!!!!!!
My three must haves? Pumpkin(earring), Moon, and bats (hat and in foreground on the moon.
Don't care if I win or not, I love drawing Aja, and had blast just participating!
You lying bastard, this isn't bad for a first time at all! You shoulda seen mine...ugh, I don't wanna remember. Anyhow, wow, I love your style to death! I can never get smirkies right but you nailed it right on *you talented jerk*. I wish you coulda submitted for the first contest--seeing this entry makes me know that you woulda done a kickass job!
I appreciate the generousity, but I still can't produce a smooth line to save my life!
Blah. It's times like these I hate being a man! We just don't get along with instruction manuals! It may be time to read them though. I probably should figure out what all those extra tips are for that came with the pen.
Heh, nah, that's just a dream job. My favorite artists are Adam Kubert, Adam Hughes, Shunya Yamashita, and Misashi Kishimoto. My style is probably a bastardization of their styles.
Dude, skeetchy linework is absolutely underrated. I dig this one! I can appreciate its rough looks. It gives it a really mischievous feel, and that's a wicked cute face you drew, there.
I appreciate the thumbs up. Makes me want to get off my arse and actually try my hand at more works.....Perhaps over my pending vacation I'll actually have enough time away from work to enjoy drawing again.
